Custom CD Printing

Hey folks,
So i've decided I want to make a promo CD to hand out at gigs. I picked up one of Noah Pred's promo's and was impressed at how the packaging and the CD looked. (enjoyed the set too :) ) Does anyone have suggestions on a good company in the GTA to go through?
I figure about 100 CD's would do the trick, with my own custom design with links etc.
Help is appreciated.

I've always thought that handing out a USB key with a set on it, should be close to feasible soon.
Considering how cheap flash media is these days, it is only a matter of time. |

Figures, but it must have cost a lot 4 years ago. Let's hope there aren't any virus' on those keys! |

these were 128mb ones, really cheap even back then, i don't think you could find them that small nowadays.. |

Its at the point where the cost of production for a 1gb key is about te same as a 128mb key.
I already have cards with soundcloud/fb links, which imo is as good as a USB key. At least with CD, theres a good chance that at the end of the night, someone will stick it in their car CD player on the way home... at least thats what I end up doing. |

And if this is meant for promotion purposes, a CD is best. You want people to see the CD, the DJ's name (especially contact info/website), the graphics ect. That will help with brand awareness with fans, but it's also key with promoters/club owners. If you're serious about it, make a proper professional CD and hand it out . Never just post links or stuff, and even a USB key I would think would get noticed less. |
