I know for a fact the PVD booking is not confirmed. |

| Well I would say that NYE at Ruby will sell out if they booked even a local as headliner, so why over-shadow any events that are happening in November? If they wait to announce it till later people will be more likely to buy tix for events in the month before NYE |

sheeet I didn't know this thread was for all NYE around the world. It's kinda of silly, but ok...
I'll be down south for NYE (or Reveillon as it's called in Brazil).
Brazil NEVER gets headliners on the exact day of NYE since everyone wants to be somewhere,
and all the parties are EXPEN$IVE! The only worldly known DJ I saw was Gui Boratto,
shoved in list of nobodies like DJ Funky, DJ Mario Bros, & DJ Bazooka (ok I am making
some of that up, but some local Brazilians choose the stupidest DJ names to become popular).
Anyhoo-
I'm starting to see some big names lined up for Green Valley, Warung, and some one-offs
in Sirena, Privilege, etc. Such as Carl Cox, Mark Knight, Hernan, Sasha, etc. These are
all leading up to and after NYE.
I'm planning on popping my Green Valley cherry (#3 club in DJ Mag), and you can help me choose from...Guetta or Ingrosso. I'll preface that by saying, the Guetta tickets are expensive,
about $100+ for guys. Ingrosso about 1/4 that. This is Jan 2/4 at Green Valley.
What do you think? I think I am closer to SHM in terms of tastes than Guetta - but Guetta is going to pull a :eyespop: crowd!
oh yeah I should mention - zero chance of trance (hey that rhymes, new TA slogan? lol)
i know Markus will go to GV once more...but it could be any random day in Jan-Apr. Oh well. |
