the only thing I really bake is just cheese onto some kind of pasta dish.

Yes, Lasagna is awesome, but again, I don't really consider that baking. In my opinion, baking usually involves a batter or dough that rises when you bake it. My brother makes a mean pizza dough, I need to learn his secret.

Microwave Chocolate cake in a bowl:
45ML(3TBSP) each of Oil, milk, candy-chips(chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch, .....)
57G(1/4C) each of flour, chocolate powder, sugar.
1 Egg

Step 1) Mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder together
Step 2) beat egg, oil, and milk together with a fork
Mix step 1 and 2 together in a cereal size bowl
Mix in chips

Microwave for 3 minutes

Cut into quarters

Serve each quarter with 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream and w/e sauce you like.

There was this place on the way to work that made cupcakes, thats all they made... I never stopped in there. I wonder if its still around.
