I didn't see this posted anywhere?
Does anyone have an idea of when Umek would go on if he's playing Escape from Wonderland too? I'm guessing he's playing LA early and jet setting to SF for a 1-2am start?

didnt see that question sorry. He's scheduled to start at 1:30am, but thats just an estimate and it oculd end up being 12:30, 1:00, or later. |

too many people, not enough ventilation. It was at least 78+ in there.
we listened to a bit of his set and then left. wasnt worth it. i'm glad we only had to pay $15 and not $45 that it was at the door
He was poundin though. There was NO ROOM to dance, anywhere. The crowd wasnt really there for umek either, just to get faced and try to everything that moved :D |

ok I guess I wasn't the only one...
it was too crowded and really hot, even worse with my costume.
Not to mention I wasn't feeling well, we only stayed for 2 hours.
By 1am there was no room to dance, people were spilling drinks all over me,
being rude, pushing their way through. I barely got to hear much of Umek
because I couldn't take it anymore. Syd was playing some dubby stuff early on
which I don't really care for, but got better/faster later on into the Umek transition.
And yes everyone was trying to get some ass, normally I take it with a grain of salt,
but these fools didn't give a rats ass I was right there next to my wife.
If I had to sum it up, too many randoms. that's what you get for it being halloween saturday.

| I ended up doing Ghost Ship instead which was pretty fun but lacking in the music/sound department. When I got back I was kind of regretting missing Umek but I guess it wasn't such a bad call after all. |
