Hi I have a few questions about the competition.

First who is Alice Offley? Is she the bunny in the banner or is that just a model pretending to be her?

Second. If that is Alice and I win the competition instead of having a professional video made by Alice I would like to both write and direct the video myself and do the taping in my professional home studio. It is a really nice studio it just doesn't have any windows or a cieling.

But anyway I'm sure if this competition means that much to Alice she really won't care.

Also can you ask Alice since its almost Halloween if she will come dressed like Baby from House of 1000 Corpses? I have a few things I'd like her to do while she shouts "silly little rabbit" at me. And I promise this is not to sexually arouse me in anyway cause that would be some really twisted . There are some sick ing pervs out there but you can definitely tell Alice I am cool. I have a PBA card I can show her too encase she's worried.

so excited to get started on this thanks Alice!!

Decent voice, I liked the first 20 seconds lol

lol

I will pass on your offer of doing the video in your basement studio! :-)
It sounds a little dark - what with no windows - but I'm sure lights or a small fire will resolve that issue...

Yes that is indeed Alice in the banner not a model..

Check out the original track and video! :-)

I have to say the video is corny, for example holding up fingers to the sky with a really bland camera angle and lack of cinematograghpy, - I'm being serious when I say I'll gladly direct the next for free as she deserves an authentic piece of art.

Please give us midi files to the bass and piano..

Fire and lights?

Hmm. I can go to lowes & pick up some petrol and nitrous oxide (builds really bright fires) but since I care about the environment and think going green could be good for your career ... I think we should just build a fire organically.

Via the friction skin rub method of course. Takes a few days generally sometimes but I think with you we can have ourselves a fire in less than 1 minute.

So yeh that does it guys I'm in lol.

brief comments about the track: It is dark but something about the words "begin" and "begun" is just *too predictable. It adds a certain cheesy flavor to the track which makes it forgetable for me along with some of the other lyrics I won't get into. The drums also seem to lack some essential depth and dimension. They just don't roll together in a serious enough manner with the vocals. I would have picked much darker sounds than whats in there.

You have a beautiful voice and a pretty little face. I don't think you're producers are doing you justice however so I plan on taking a stab at this track to see what I can do with it. And really its the genre too I'm not that into so definitely bias in that respect.

Lets see if we can trance this one up a bit you do have a nice voice and thats all I really need anyway. If she doesn't put up the midi too guys I'll run them through melodyne later today when I get home.

I like it. I'll have my way with this and see what I can dish out.
