Dude let me tell you something I learned quite awhile which could directly apply to you if you actually listen Instead Of Coming Back With Cracker This Kindergarten That.
If one person tells you something - It's worth listening to
If two people tell you something - There's probably a pattern going on that you don't notice
If three people tell you something - You really need to ask yourself what you are missing, why you don't see what they see, and try to figure out what's going on
...
If everyone tells you something - You need to sit down and do some serious thinking. If after that serious thinking you still can't come up with the reason you're right and they're wrong, then just accept that you weren't able to see what they did and act accordingly on their advice/opinions.
