François K started DJing in NY in 1976, as well as remixing on Prelude Records. He had many appearances at the legendary Paradise Garage & toured with production partner Larry Levan. He also was resident at Body And Soul with Danny Krivit & Joe Claussell. Currently, he runs Wave Music & is the creator of Deep Space.
Simply put, he is a LEGEND & a PIONEER of House Music. Join us for a night full of DJ tricks and musical treats from a true-blue DJ Master!

In 1983, FRANCOIS K was commissioned to remix The Smith's This Charming Man for the dancefloor. The label loved it, but Morrisey hated it, more for purist reasons, he didnt like his track to be remixed. The label still went ahead and released it and it did great.
