Awesome performance by Myon & Shane 54. A few technical difficulties that weren't the DJs fault but seemed to have something to do with the speaker system near the beginning of the set, but aside from that, the evening was one of smooth sailing. Unsurprisingly, the duo played all their hits that I wanted to hear. I was very happy to hear Above & Beyond's "You Got to Go" and the M&S54 Summer of Love Mix of "Promises." The encore featuring "On A Metropolis Day" and their "Smells Like Teen Spirit" bootleg mix was the perfect way to end their performance. I stayed until about 3:10 and heard Hollow Earth play a few tracks. I thought their flow was pretty good, but I was just too tired to continue, and the dancefloor virtually emptied once the headliners left the stage.
That was my first time at Pacha Lounge and I really enjoyed its set up. Had a great time dancing and left drenched in sweat. Great party! Good job Oz. |
