| When do clubs usually announce who is performing? New York City already has several big shows announced. My friends and I are trying to decide between Miami and Vegas now but with a few people strapped for cash this year, we are thinking miami is our better option. no flights or hotels to worry about. |

probably after halloween. most clubs in miami will be using the same djs (residents) they use all year...ie they dont usually bring in big names.
sucks u cant go to vegas thats where we r headed for nye....kicks miami's ass as far as nye is concerned.
liv,space,mansion and the new amnesia are probably ur best bets if u like house music. just check their websites daily for dj info until the NYE lineups pop up.
o and be quick about bottle or tix purchasing cause the price will skyrocket in a matter of days after they announce the line-ups |

| yea i've never heard great things about nye in miami but i think its about time to get it out of the way. we like to do a new city every year and we have yet to do miami. now that i am back living in florida, its time to go ahead and get it out of the way. From what I remember of last year, there was few djs in town. they were all outrageously expensive but they were around. I dunno. maybe we will change our minds at the last minute and head to tampa or orlando instead. |

Yea, I think he played a daytime event at the Fontainebleau...if you wanted to spend like $500, or $2000+ for VIP... that place.
I agree that there really aren't any big NYE night parties at clubs around Miami. All of the big names go to Vegas or NYC. |
