I first heard this track at Comic Gate yacht party and played by Glenn Morrison, then Carl Cox, and now Joris Voorn. I got as far as "Tony Thomas - Begginnings (i.d. remix) or (Gary Beck Remix) but the vocal "hey..." seems to be more bold on these video.
