I knew a guy who would go to bars and stick his finger into a hole he made with his other hand, move it in and out a few times, and then shrug his shoulders. He would start with the hottest girl in the bar, tap her on the shoulder, and do his little in/out/in/out routine. No opener. No conversation. No seduction, nothing.
She'd (usually) slap the out of him and he'd work his way down. He may have left with a drunken brute, by the end of the night, but he always left with someone.
