I thought his set from ETD Pop 2008 was pretty good, except that it had to be cut short due to the blackout :/
2009 was when he started going down hill with pop electro house |

agreed (to a certain extent). i had A LOT of fun on during his set in Vegas. music sucked but was really fun. lots of hot chicks that were uber nice. i wish they would've touched my wee wee. |

no way, he played at least 50 mins very close to 1 hour (out of his 2 hrs set).. what i was trying to point out was that he still had more of the trance elements and not so much into the house side at that time |

have seen him maybe 3 times since then, none have measured up. |

I won't argue with you there - pretty much the only reason to go to a Tiesto "party".
if you catch Tiesto in another country then you pretty much get to sample
the best that country has to offer in terms of talent ;)
that said, I guess hot chicks have no clue about what good music is!
(except the ones here on TA of course - don't want to offend any hot TAs!) |

Lol. I remember that night. It must've been like 1am when the power surge on the entire block happened and people were saying it was set up. I miss raves at the Cow Palace =/ |

then you all should have went to the after party at Ruby, Ferry was playing, and then Tiesto and Ferry B2B for about an hour or so |

That was such a rad night! Partying on the top of a parking structure in the middle of TJ!?!? That night will probably go down as one of the funnest nights. How did we make it home? lol. |

And can't forget his appearance at the Ruby Skye after party, in which he tag team with Ferry Corsten and PLAYED ONE of the BEST Trance sets EVER!!!!!!!!!! That night was EPIC, after that Tiesto become trash.. |
