Does anyone have it and how do you ing cope?:]

Nope.

I have had some kind of scaly skin deal on my right hand for years, though. But it's not unsightly, and for some reason seems to have been going away in the past few weeks.

I pretty much have this on the bottom of my feet, except it's more flaky and cracked than the rash-like appearance of some of the other conditions. Dermatologists have been stumped for years every time I show it to them. I have to dress them with different kinds of lotion every night and after showers. The worst is when I have to teach swim lessons on Sundays and I'm walking on the bottom of the pool. Absolutely rips my feet to shreds. Quite annoying really. Last week the cracks got so bad that I developed a deep cut between my big toe. I'm currently using Shea butter at night to help it heal. If this doesn't end up helping then I'm gonna visit a podiatrist for some help.

Myself, I dont have the strong case of it, but I hape some spots. I was told I should change my lifestyle a lil' bit and that it comes out the most in stresfull(sp?) situations. I shouldn't smoke, I shouldn't drink as much and I should take are of my skin very carefuly, apply lotion every morning and special medicine to the 'infected' parts of my skin.
Since I didnt change my lifestyle, and I'm too lazy to care of my skin that much, psoriasis seems to be spreading:[
Time for some changes I guess

Honestly cut DOWN on alcohol and reduce sugar.

Throw some fresh fruit and veg in and you're laughing.

Once you make a few changes for a few weeks your old lifestyle habits of eating and drinking , etc... seems as alien as looking after yourself does now.

I don't know if its that or not, but the skin between my pinky toe and my ring toe (???) on my right foot is always dry.

Yea kind of been having a problem with my eyebrows actually. But I know it's because of my ty current lifestyle choices and I am trying to change them (smoking a lot of weed + eating poorly). In the meantime applying regular skin lotion after a shower seems to do the trick.

consult a dermatologist, not the c0r.

Dermatologists can eat a dick. Every time I go to them they say "oh, that's interesting, I've never seen that before. Try this cream." and it never fixes it.

Just depends on how serious your condition is. With my cystic acne it wasn't until my 4th dosage of Accuate that it finally went away completely.

although, based on some of the nimwits in the c0r, you could get the exact same solution:o
