I'm not really a Kaskade fan, but I thought the article was a pretty well-written profile of him. There were a few points I took issue with though -
(1) Skrillex as 'dubstep wunderkind'. I think the use of the term 'wunderkind' was incorrect here. While some define it as 'someone who achieves great success at a relatively young age', I believe a 'wunderkind' is more related to being a 'child-prodigy'. His popularity may not be debatable, but his talent as. Additionally, he isn't exactly a whole lot younger than other djs who have achieved success in the industry.
(2) The use of the term 'EDM' in the article. You'd be hard pressed to find fans of the sort of acts discussed in the article tossing that term around.
(3) The quote from Kaskade saying 'I know that there are people out there who are high. Yeah, I wish they wouldn't do that. You can still enjoy this performance and have a great experience sober." First of all...I'd probably have to be high to enjoy a Kaskade performance (but that's just me, and that's beside the point). More importantly, I think it's foolish to show a general lack of respect for some fans (by suggest he feels they made poor choices). It's one thing to say that about people who go out to do drugs and not for the music, but there are people who get high to enhance the experience and if it helps them to do to then those of us who remain sober ought to respect them. I don't think there's anything wrong with either camp, as that shared love of the music certainly exists.

Kaskade is a diehard Mormon, which is why he has such a negative opinion towards drugs.

"I consider myself a devout Mormon. I've never had a drink of alcohol in my life," -Kaskade

I think Skrillex is garbage...

But I don't think he's necessarily talking down to his fans or not respecting them. He's just expressing his opinion/view on the relationship between drug use and EDM.
