Something tells me there isn't a lot of overlap on the Yoga and TA Venn diagram, but I'd like to hear how last night went.

sadly, i was scheduled to work wednesday night so i couldn't make it, but i've heard great reviews from some people!
i think there were about 75-85 ppl there, 3 teachers, appropriate music, clearly a great turn-out! i reallllyyyyy hope they keep doing this, even maybe offer pre-paid packages (ex: 10 classes for a bargain price)...i believe maher was working the bar, selling water, fruit juices, etc...he may have a better review to provide :)

a few of my friends do yoga, I told them about it.. I've been meaning to give it a try, but they do hot yoga.. and I don't particularly like sweating unless I have to. No one went?

well since stereo is becoming a gym, something that i always had id mind is to have a spinning class with stereos soundsystem. bring carl cox, and pedal till you die!!!! 20lbs weight loss guaranteed. whos in?

Me and a bunch of my friends used to call partying north of the border the "Montreal diet". Dancing for 12 hours and eating nothing but pills :D

i know this sound insane but i always thought stereo should put some pull up bars on the side of the dance floor (haha im beginning to realize this does sound insane)
how about some hammocks near the back bar?
