This guy is a worse performer then Keanu Revees in (almost anything), but I like the tune. Reminds me of something I'd hear at an upscale beach martini/cocktail bar. It's obviously not the best floorfiller as seen in clip (His arms in the air moment is epic), but I think it would work great in other social situations.
I found this track listening to Sasha's Sky Club set. Typical style for Sasha to open with a track like this - but thats all I hear of these kinds of tracks so please post your favorite track along these lines. I'd like to find enough to make a mix sometime. Any information on venues that play this type of music would also be interesting.
Also, I almost forgot: for those who find the track pure garbage, feel free to roast me in a tranceaddict-style flame-war-massacre.

Fixed the link over a cold Bells Christmas Ale. Is there an embed button or something on this forum? I'm typing the syntax each time i post a video....

There are some other vidoes of him playing at Amnesia, Ibiza. I have to imagine the crowd wasn't so thrilled, or "connected" to the DJ as some say.
So, is this just a unique up-tempo chill track? I like that it's "chill" but still has a strong bass-kick which gives it enough energy to be used in a low key party.

well, not very common. there are plenty like this on chill-out compilations. it's gonna take a bit of searching to find, but not as much as you would think. this one is particularly well-balanced tho, reminds of prog sets from around 2005. i never payed much attention to pieces like this other than noticing that Sasha really likes them, so i can't think of anything specific to recommend.

way more uptempo, but it reminded me of stuff like this:
