I actually think M&S would be a great addition to The Gift in the main room. These guys have been rocking dance floors in Toronto for countless years, and probably have some real gems in their record bags.
Really looking forward to this.
How do I get one of the lanyards to get in free before 1? |

I don't think it is vinyl only but in prev years you could hear the crackle somewhat so they are dropping a lot of that. lol |

Any major promoter for The Guvernment can get you these, I got 8 of them from 'I Make Noize'.
I agree about M&S, they've been tearing up Guv at every recent event and I have high hopes that they will do the same for The Gift. Can't wait! :eyes: |

I don't physically have them in my hands, I requested 8 from 'I Make Noize', and was told it wouldn't be a problem.
I asked where else I could get them and he told me any major promoter.. just spreading the word dude.

Last year was vinyl only, and this is what sparked a conversation on that night with Mark and myself about how he has 40,000+ of them. We were also told to make sure we didn't touch the DJ booth due to vibrations. |

Ah nice. Most djs of his stature have similar in terms of their record collection. I was up there one time w Tatgirl and some other TAs and could see how he has a huge rubber weight on top of the record to minimize/prevent skipping. Awesome. Hopefully they do vinyl only this year as well... |
