| I can just imagine a bunch of frat kids ing to this playing beer pong. :) In seriousness though, mixdown seems okay. Not too compressed. It adheres to the brostep style almost entirely so it's a success in that regard, especially the cliche vocal samples, feel free to step outside the box a little though. There are literally thousands and thousands of tracks that sound pretty much identical to this, inmho. Keep in mind this is coming from a producer who has never had a good time partying to dubstep, simply because I enjoy other forms of dance music way more. If I liked "dubstep" I would probably like this track. The problem I have is the whole track is the bassline. Just kind of bores me after a while and doesn't satisfy any real musical components I usually enjoy very much in dance music, if you can call this that. To me it is just bass music. But congratulations on doing what you like to do well. |
