I saw his first game when he was only 17 and it didn't take me longer than a few shifts to realise that something is about to happen.. I've always had the highest regards for the likes of Mario and Sid, Datsyuk and the likes. But even when I try to be as impartial as I possibly can, I can't help but think that my hometown hero may very well be the most talented player I have ever seen during my 25-30 year stretch of following hockey.
Let's just say that theres so much more to him than just his puck-handling. They say his biggest problem is his size, but he has a third eye for avoiding hits, and especially at countering them.
