But now have a pair of Klein & Hummel O 300 D's :D

(and still loads of fun with My SSL G series, SSL alpha's and API-2500 while at it)
Think this is the max I can afford on monitors ($5.200 / 3.800 euro)
But hey, your masters deserve it
:D

currently installing, will make pic when done

ok

honestly dude

you have them positioned wrong for one, and then on a desk .....

i mean it is like driving a ferrari with like no rims.

Horizontal placement is poor for several reasons. Having them on a object that will absorb vibrations as well. Slap yourself.

just ignore L4C, and congrats on your monitors
Raphie
I know lol, L4C RTFM, you even need to order a L&R model.....

One other thing:

Recoil Stabilizers

You can't mount those puppies on wood and expect full low end performance.
Raphie
ThnX RANN, got Sorbothane absorbers, which work like a charm
very thin, but the stuff is wicked, so speakers are not coupled and work resonance free
