Been going to Ruby since it opened but this will be our 1st NYE event.
Couple of questions to those of you have been in years past:
1) Is there a modified dress code? i.e. Is it more dressed up than normal for guys?
(I am wearing slacks and dress shoes for dinner and plan to change into the stuff I normally wear to RS right before midnight.)
2) Do they play music during the dinner service?
>> Interesting: So far I only see 2 DJs in the Main room (Cedric and Dan.) I can't see Cedric opening up for himself at 11PM.
Any insight would be most helpful as we also have several people who have never been to RS before going.
Note: Already read through the Marcus thread from last year...no help.

slacks and dress shirt should be fine.

Basing my post on last year, music is played as normal, usual lighting, only difference is you have over sized tables scattered in the balcony and the main floor filled with food. You grab a plate and stand around eating. The food was available until about 1am.
For the Breakfast, it was set it up "buffet" style on the bar on the right hand side and you pretty much line up and grab whatever is you wanted to eat. |

Don't see anything about a breakfast this year.
The breakfast last year was UH-MAZE-ING though The bacon was so good! hehe |

glad to see the papa gets to go out! have fun buddy, ill be back in the city in april as part of my b-day celebrations. Maybe a repeat of 2010? :D |
