Where are you going for New Year's this year? I've been to the boom boom room a few times to see some good groups, another time in Ferndale to see second sun.
But this year's boom boom line up has a top 40 DJ (I think, can't find info twinflux). And another room is playing Matt Herdman who might be decent but I can't find any specific information on his style.
So, where who has the best New Year's party this year? and can anyone offer some info on the 2 people I mentioned above?
Thank you and maybe I'll see some of you at this years end. |

ugh, I used to live in Detroit. There isn't absolutely anything to do on NYE, or any night actually. Not even Chicago has anything going on for NYE. I'm not sure about Toronto, but I'd look into that I guess, and use NYC as a last resort.
If travel isn't an option, I'd look into rented out hotel parties. I went to a big one awhile back that rented out a big spot in Novi, but that was years ago. I'm sure they're still around though. |

Ya, Kennith Thomas, I saw him one NYE and it was just okay. I thought he was better opening for PVD years ago, but his style as a main act... what is it?
One of the clubs in chicago had a Pandora (From Avator) theme last year. I would have killed to go to that if my friends and I didn't have other plans.... who even played? lol! trippy |

Hehe... I play everthing as I always did. Imo, no need to lock oneself into a genre, good music is good music.
On that note, Caddyshack, drop me a PM and Ill guestlist you for complimentary entry for New Years at Bleu, if you dont find something else you want to do. Dont expect full on 'trance' but we will def get some hands in the air! Hopefully ull dig this one more. Let me know :) |
