I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited to see that Laurent Garnier will be making a rare LA appearance on the 14th of January!

He's got some other US dates on the roster as well:
Friday, 13th January - Chicago - The Mid
Saturday, 14th January - Los Angeles - Avalon Hollywood
Thursday, 19th January - San Francisco - Public Works
Friday, 20th January - Miami - Amnesia
Saturday, 21st January - New York - The Warehouse
It doesn't look like tickets are on sale just yet, but I for one cannot wait for this - it's been far too long!

This is not just Laurent djing, this is his LBS show.....
L.B.S is short for Laurent/Benjamin/Stephane (or, alternately, Live Booth Sessions): the French techno icon will be accompanied by Benjamin Rippert and Stephane Dri (Scan X), and between them they’ll be playing turntables, Rhodes keyboard, synthesizers and a gaggle of machines. Knocking out four-hour sets, the trio formation that aims to blur the line between DJ set and live performance. |

I attended his bi-monthly marathon sets (10PM - 7AM) when he had his residency at The End in London. I loved how his sets were made up of so many different genres throughout the night.
I'm hoping for either a marathon set or a live set (he's been doing those in Europe with a horn section) for this tour. Fingers crossed! :toocool: |
