Thank you for restoring my faith in New York's nightlife. The recent string of events that have been put together have been nothing short of jaw dropping.
I've heard this at a lot of parties recently, "have you ever been to one of these parties", "i never knew about parties like this"
It is exactly everything opposite of what a NYC Nightclub is doing and it's is exactly everything what the NYC Nightlife used to be.
Love the dirt, love the grime, love the empty abandoned space, love every aspect of going out without having to deal with bull. |

My friend went to a downright amazing one on a halloween with Mr C and the rest of his label. I think it was in 2009. Apparently describing the party as crazy would not do it justice.
I went shortly there after to one with Sasha and loved it, not for sashas set but for the underground feel and there was still good lighting and sound
I went to a few more smaller ones when I have been in NYC and they did not compare :( The one I went to with alexi delano was very good on the music end though. |
