How do you get this synth bass sound?

I hear this muffled synth bass sound a lot. Is there a factory patch that I can tweek a little bit to get this sound? (I have Sylenth, Albino 3, Tone Gladiator, Massive) What effects do I add to the track? Starts at :55

Yep, that's pretty standard psy bass patch, just use a Saw based patch and roll off the higher frequencies with a filter using a high shelf, it will muffle the higher freqs whilst retaining the body of the bass.
Don't forget that Psy bass is more about the programming than the actual patch itself.
