Ehm OP? Is there any chance of you making this a bit more interesting?
Maybe combining this with a game of word association, or even just requiring people to post a youtube vid of the artist's work?
This game doesn't really work on the internet anyway. You can just search artist databases, although i haven't had to resort to that yet.

I think emergent gameplay is happening, such as ripped's constant attempts to take it back to the letter X, or my personal mission not to repeat any artist currently mentioned. It's a pretty mindless game, but there's potential to make it interesting.
