Man...the music scene is so cyclical...
In the early 90's didnt the same thing happen? (Snap!, Whigfield etc) Electronic music hit the mainstream, and cheese was spewed out left right and center? then again in the late 90's early 2000's(Aqua, Vengaboys etc.)
I give it til 2013, and people will be so sick of synth stabs on everything, and the scene will retreat back to the underground.
