Can anyone in ing EDM pass this test?

I mean seriously, 100 years from now people will still listen to Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor. If they listen to turn-of-the-21st-century EDM they'll just be futuristic hipster twat-rags.

Yes, I think you can. I misquoted myself. If the person never existed , would things of been that different.

For me Infected Mushroom and Leon Bolier in terms of sound design are great, Bolier also makes his track incredibly loud it is not that i support this but even if it is overcompressed it still sounds fine.

Airbase sound design is brilliant, his tracks however specially the older ones aren't perfectly produced and the mixdown isn't that great, kicks aren't thumping enough etc... a thing that i couldn't care more if you find such an outstanding melodies.

Humate... there are a lot of good producers, personally i find Babicz boring, it sounds "too perfect" i prefer it a bit raw sometimes :P

Orbital, Deepsky, Wink, Keoki, Plastikman (Hawtin), The Orb, & Babicz - to name a few.

All of these people have, in some way, played a role in shaping the overall sound of EDM.

& Art of Noise & Severed Heads. I listened to Art of Noise constantly as a teenager.

EDIT: Should throw in KLF for good measure.

EDIT 2: After consideration, the following - Alan Wilder (Depeche Mode and solo work), Paul Robb (Information Society), Vince Clark (Erasure), Flood (Remixes for a couple of the above and others), Chris Lowe (Pet Shop Boys)
Nicolas Oliver
Alex di Stefano, Phunk Investigation (although a few of their tracks have been squashed too much IMO), and Subfractal.
