Again, your over the top (not to mention crude) antagonism doesn't really bother me. You've merely labeled this a conspiracy, but small talk leaves you with zero credibility in the eyes of anyone who can or would think for themselves (pardon me for speaking on behalf of any of you.. lol, if there are any.)

of course not. people like you are immune to facts, logic and evidence. that is why you believe these things. im not trying to convince you of anything or gain credibility at all; the fact that you believe this stuff ensures you're a lost cause. however, i look forward to you using this stuff to get out of debts, fines or any other area you might try it on with, and i can't wait for you to get ed by the real legal system. twat :stongue:

yep, and you're just proving to be part of that cult. freeman on the land stuff is complete and utter nuttery. you know what happened to the last cretin that quoted the "colour of law" at me? that's right, i suspended his licence and vehicle registration. still doesn't have them back, did he consent to this "contract"? of course not. and i ed him good and proper.

every single freeloader on the land who has tried this bull in court has ended up getting ed by The Man. google lance thatcher. or check the LONG list of failures on the "freeman success stories" thread on JREF.

i knew you were a complete wad but swallowing this stuff has taken you to an entirely new level. go get a law degree you ing miscreant.

How do you peg me for a freeloader? I am well productive in terms of commerce - Have I insinuated using bills of exchange to pay off debts is a good idea? No - though I could point you to exactly where it is stated to be so.

for anyone that cares, the freeman on the land movement's central tenet is that we must consent in order to be governed. in other words, these "sovereign citizens" believe that if they don't agree with a lawful statue, then it simply doesn't apply to them. they don't believe they need a licence/rego to drive a car, pay taxes, fines, and that a judge in the court is acting under admiralty/maritime law. they think the only thing they must abide by is "common law" though have absolutely no understanding what common law actually is.

there are numerous failed attempts you can find in the media of these fools getting imprisoned, losing their possessions, their jobs etc when trying to make up the law as they go along. its pretty funny stuff. a fool and his money are soon parted.

Yes, you love your chains, I understand that to be so.

De Facto Jurisdiction, pwah - easy stuff. At any rate, I do not seek conflict with the Man on these grounds, thus I can assure you I will not find myself being 'ed' - but without under-addressing this: the legal system is a joke.

that's what freeman on the land are. they think they're able to, say, use the government's highways without having to have insurance, rego or a licence. or pay taxes. its a cheap gimmick to try and weasel out of one's responsibilities. a gimmick that has never ever worked of course.

i merely identified you as such due to your retarded reference to admiralty law. anyone that says that is a freeloader on the land.

judge believes people like bse are mentally ill.

quote:

A Merritt man who refuses to tell the court his name will spend three more nights in jail as the Crown brings in witnesses to prove his identity.

For a second time since his arrest on breach of probation charges last week, Lance Thatcher refused to acknowledge he is Lance Thatcher, telling the judge he prefers to be addressed as "Peaceful."

"I believe there has been a mistake. I'm here to help settle the mistake in honour," he told provincial court judge Sheri Donegan. "I trust I will not be led into dishonour."

"Are you Lance Edward Thatcher?" the judge asked the man directly.

"That's a mistake. Somebody feels I own (the name) or have a claim on it," he said. "I am here to help out to settle this matter in honour."

The judge temporarily adjourned the hearing to allow the Crown time to find a way to prove Thatcher's identity.

Prosecutor Stephen Lawhead returned a short while later and said he can call witnesses who know Thatcher, but not until later in the week. Thatcher's probation officer is expected to identify the man.

Thatcher told the court only he can identify himself.

"Nobody can identify me except me," he said.

"Are you prepared to identify yourself?" Donegan asked.

"I am me, yes. This is me. I am me," he answered.

The judge sent him on his way in the company of the courtroom sheriffs.

This is not the first time Thatcher has refused to identify himself to the courts, police officers or other authorities. A term of his most recent probation order requires him to give his proper name to police or probation officers when asked.

It's not known if Thatcher is practicing some form of "freeman" ideology. The Freeman Association of Canada encourages people to believe Canada's laws do not apply to them. Many so-called freemen refuse to use their legal names, or alter the spelling of their names with the odd use of punctuation.

A different judge last week suggested Thatcher might be mentally ill, and asked if a psychiatric assessment might be required. The prosecutor said at this stage, there is no grounds to order such an assessment.

Thatcher will be back in court Thursday.

Pardon my jotted replies, I have other things to do this evening.

It is not a tenet, it is contract law. In Canada Section 19 of the CCC outlines explicitly Obedience to De Facto Jurisdiction.

Statutes are not Lawful, Acts are not Law, Bills are not Law - they are given the Color of Law. There is a chasm between the two.

There is no law which states you must pay taxes. <
Your taxes are collected by the IRS and sent to the IMF - your debt will never be paid, and you will remain enslaved. heh Yayyy

"a fool and his money are soon parted" quite so. ^^

a traitor's head and his neck are soon parted as well.
