Clubs in Belgium looked like that and better even in the 90's.
Zillion and Dockside (now Verzus) for example.
It will be blasted by Sensation in the US in 2012 for sure.
but i always knew about sens white/black. its def the mecca festival, but nocturnal looks cool 2.

There are many cool ones, especially at big festivals, also outdoors.
Scanners still give awesome light effects, however putting some lights at 4 rings able to lift and tilt give a cool out of space effect as this Versuz video shows:

thats real wicked, my fav is the laser+smoke cloudeffect, like the sky just caved.
