Review of Ibiza

Well, I just got back from my trip to Europe. I was in Amsterdam for about 5-6 days and also spent 4 nights in Ibiza.
I already review Mysteryland party in Holland earlier, so I will write about Ibiza now.
Ibiza... IMHO it's overrated and overpriced. To get into a club costs 60+CAD. To buy 330ml water bottle in a club costs 9+CAD.
However .. EVERY IN' DAY best DJs in the world are there !
First day I was there I heard Tiesto and Mauro Picotto at Amnesia. It was GREAT ! People are not liking Tiesto lately, but I found his tracklist incredible ! Picotto was crazy as well ! They also got this wicked thing in Amnesia, like a cold steam. They released it a few times during buildups. Felt wicked ! One minute it's in' hot as in the oven, next thing you know you don't see anything and it's in' chilly ! GREAT !
I also heard Dave Pearce - he played a nice classic trance set. It was a bit cheesy but still great.
It turns out that Ibiza mostly attracts older crowd. Being 21, I felt like a kid there. Most people are 25 and older. There are also many many gay people there. It's like heaven for them or something. LOL - so if you are gay, you absolutely must go !
So the point is, if you wanna hear best DJs and if you have plenty of money - Ibiza is an island of choice.
Otherwise, spend your money and time elsewhere. |

| no surprise that there are alot of gay ppl. Anywhere u go to have a good party there are gay ppl for ex. Ibiza, south beach florida i herd has alto of gay ppl, who cares as long as u enjoy ur self, i dont really mind personally. But lemme ask u how much did this trip cost? |

haha not surprised about the gay ppl at all .. Electronic music IS their music of choice !!
i was at the Pride Parade with my GIRLFRIEND (ahem... yes GIRLfriend) and wells all we heard was Electronic beats. scary thing is that being there kinda reminded me of scenes from Love Parade .. so heh yea i'm pretty sure thatz what u can expect in Berlin too :P |

Ya that is called the ICE CANNON and it is the . I was there in july and coincidentally enough saw tiesto and mauro as well. When they let that thing go man puer blyss, cant see can hear , just feels good thats all i can remember. Oh ya EDEN has one two but its pretty cheesy not nearly as strong as amnesia's.:crazy: |
