Anybody see this on nord's website?
I wonder if it'll be announced at namm. Anybody here have some more info or heard rumours? |

They already had a drumkit before. So now there's a new one coming. Obviously ;-).

I nice little VA drum synth from Nord for less that £500 would be nice. Saying that, for that sort of money i'd probably buy a Maschine instead.

those drum triggers were actually the first thing they did that was popular in the early 90s.

somehow I doubt that this will be just an updated ddrum, but could be wrong.

the fact that there are drum sticks , well if i were to assume the marketing team know what they are doing, well this is going to be a performance tool for drummers. I would pretty much rule out a drum synth unless it is part of the performance tool but i wouldn't put any money on them making something with the EDM producer in mind. They almost lost their shirt the last time they put too much stock in EDM. They make there money on the classics, and their stage stuff.

Looking at the size of the housing relative to the knob, switch, output jack, etc. it looks pretty tiny - probably not much bigger than the MicroModular.
