I'm really not trying to knock it, I was just surprised when I saw a huge poster for it when walking up St Laurent on Monday. Totally forgot.

Visuals looked decent from the videos/photos I saw.
Maybe next year, no way was I going to pay $250 for 2 of us to go see 4 ty DJs that neither of us like, only DJ that I wouldve liked to see was Raneem, but saw him at Circus Friday anyways.

Got there at around 3 am and missed Axwell but managed to watch Avicii's entire set - meh. I found his first hour and a half was filled with a little too much cheese for my taste. Fortunately he gave us a really nice last half hour with harder beats.

Gareth Emery got on stage from 7:30 am - 9:30 am and I thought he did a very good set. He played all of his hits but then really brought on some harder trance which I really enjoyed. Here's a live clip that really shows off the light set up at Resolution:

I like the set up for this event with the screens going up and the three lights/lasers and etc... very nice imo

I wonder how the speakers were set up, I hate it when they are only at the front, it would be nice having some at the back as well giving it that surround sound feel...

There were speakers in the back, but they were completely blown by 3amish and they were echoing hard. I spent the rest of the night in the front so im not sure if they turned them off or not.

Axwell was sick, playing mostly very commercial remixes, but it fitted very well the big room, I loved it.
