DC hub down?

i cant connect to it. i was in before (2pm ish)then got disconnected. now its 6 and i still cant get in. my connection was down for about an hour this afternoon so i thought that might be it. but its back up and working now.
anyone else not able to connect? |

| i cant get in either. it says target machine refused??? i dunno whats up but i hope it comes up soon so i can download and let others upload |
