Using minimonsta* on bass, Korg Legacy Cell* on the mid pad that comes in toward the end, and Jupiter 8V for the lead.

*first time i've used these in a track, got glued to predator for bass and jupiter for midpads and leads.

edit: not sure that info is accurate anymore

Looks like it is a good start man, drums will play very important role in this production (at least in this small WIP part lol), sounded like you completely miss those lol. I would also work on adding some character to this track, but at the same time is not really easy when you only have about a minute of sound, but overall liking where you taking this track to.

Cheers,

messing around quite a bit, unfamiliar territory so feedback is welcome :)

cool stuff, like the first one most. keep rolling out those tracks!

thanks man. i think the mixdown is fine enough, but after having several days to reflect on it and take a break while getting feedback, it's super boring! but I think the foundation is set up nicely so i'm looking forward to working at this again. any other feedback is welcome though :)

Don't know how much this is the same track, but may as well use this thread. Been in the same kind of mindset musically so I think this is where it should be going... more or less

Cool start man and I would like to see/hear this bass line growing on me with slowly increasing intensity and tension ----> will get you nice energy buildup and intro to your basic groove/riff.

Keep working on it.

withe track "small town loser big time boozer" I really like your percussion elements. the overall sound is quite pro imo and the break at around 3:55 and parts after are badass. I like it

"127 bpm" for me is a very good start but I personally like more melodic elements. with more work it could be awesome
