Hi guys,

So I like to remix certain trance tunes but can NEVER find any acapellas for current tunes, or the most popular ones.

Am i missing something obvious? lol. Is there a resource online to find them or are they simply not readily available?

Thanks,

Wayne

You cant find them because someone owns the rights to them, why would they post them on the net so everyone can make a horrible remix of it?

Perfect example of horrible remix, ing shameful.

There are programs available that remove the vocal, but there not very impressive.

This

Would you let parts of your track loose on the internet so every on the planet with their cracked copy of FL can make something out of it?

I wouldn't

Remix competitions are a different story as they're just an excuse to the track spammed on Facebook and forums for several weeks.

That would take you forever to remix surely? ;)

Well i thought as much anyway, I was just making sure. As for allowing everyone with their cracked copy of FL to make tunes, I guess I cant argue with that, I cant assume that everyone is like me and wants to create totally amazing mind blowing revolutionary tunes on my purchased version.

Nono, I plan to drop it as is on a fusion of Jungle-dubstep/TechTrance and classicalSYNTHONIC.

Amazing song btw

Then no ;)

And thanks :D

In reality, I don't think it'll stretch much past 100bpm, but a may do some remix parts for it soon anyway.

Wasn't a dig at you (obviously) but there are reams of shocking remixes of any acapella people can get their hands on all over Youtube.

what is brilliant about rockband and those games is that you can extract all the stems.

Eh? How? Do you mean because they are surround and you can just extract the discrete channels (center being vox etc)?
Looney4Clooney
just the way they are integrated into the game. YOu might of noticed a huge influx of stems being released in the last year or 2. Some guy found a way to extrapolate the audio.I guess because the game has like drums , guitar and singing, it has to somehow seperate the audio so that it can be used in the programming and such.

They are not the same mixes of course but it is still neat.
