The 90's is back - UPDATED with some nasty 'rapping'.

Been itching to do something 90's sounding.

EDIT - it's cheesey for sure. Thinks it's almost done, apart from mastering / mixing.

Do the rapping type vocals need to go (they are at end of break) and they are pretty bad I think?

All you need now is a black male rapper and a white female singer!

Thanks guys - it's way different now. Let me know what needs attention.

Not done proper mix test yet.

Did some rapping - well, ermmm ya know, I tried.

are you taking the piss ?

The tune isn't really my style so it's hard to critique without being biased as a result of that, but I'll try.

I find the chord progression very jarring and uncomfortable. It doesn't really sit well with me.

And yeah the vocals have to go man :P Good attempt though! If I tried to rap it'd be a lot worse than that.

let's consider the vocals a "placeholder" further i REALLY like whato yur doing here, the lead riff comes from.... (ehhhmmmm it's on the tip of my tongue, ...) but the groovy interpreation and energy is great.

Well done! no tempest in here?

Clooney - I just knew you'd be down for this one, glad yer feelin it:wtf:

Sean - don't worry it's not my style either, jus having some fun. My kids and thier friends love this one so it must be cheese tastic. That chord sequence is based on an early 90's hit, this;

Raphie - cheers, if we think this is a goer I was going to ask you to master it, for a fee of course.

sexy build. sexy chords. they work, it's good glue. 1:26 will get the attention of the party, the edits work, adds some flavor. i think the beat stops and starts too much. i like my house steady and solid. overall great work. congrats. maybe a tinge more hi end on the snare/clap just to give it some pop, but it's a fun tune :)

Sounded like you have a lot of fun producing this funky and happy track lol, did your kids help you with ???

L4C wasn't far from guessing how this vocal/voice was created lol, sounded like kidney stones are coming out when you in the restroom lol.

Cheers Rich,

Darek
