Hello folks, if you have a few minutes could you listen to and leave feedback on my new track: Apollo - The God Of Music.
It's a big vocal trance track heavily influenced by the big trance tracks of the late nineties.

The synths sound a little too spikey to my ears, but otherwise its a great job! Really digging the melody!

Yep, I believe that if the compression was a little bit improved it could sound better. But that might be just me, Im not in the studio now and dont have proper equipment to listen to, so I might just be wrong.

Not very constructive Julz,
The vocals do seem to be an opinion splitter.
What would be your music credentials that your opinion is based on so I can rate your opinion against other people who liked the vocals.
Would it the lyrics in general or the texture, timbre, frequency, or relationship of the vocals to the rest of the instrumentation?
Your blunt remark makes me think your maybe trolling because not many people give negative feedback without indepth analysis or advice.
However you did take the time to listen and respond so I thank you for your time. |

| I didnt take this song to be serious that is why no constructive feedback. The instrumental part of your song seems well put together, where as the vocal seems messy and muddy and just dose not seem to fit. |

No prob,
Your opinion is valued. Maybe it's a grower for you! Most of our favourite tracks are nostalgia related anyway and just depends where you heard it, who you were with and what mood you were in! Oh the memories! ;)
I'll not delete the vocals just yet but again I do appreciate your feedback, maybe the "B" side will be instrumental!!! :P |
