| I don't know if this particular event in miami was base of this or if it was held during WMC but a lot of DJ's often play for free during that week only to get exposure etc. espacially for label or agency showcases. That can help drop the price of a tickets |

I read somewhere that the djs at BPM pay their own travel expenses.
BeB on the other hand 'may' save a bit here and there since almost all of those djs have done business with them before...Tenaglia and Miller are the only ones that jump out as being fresh BeB/PP blood to me (unless Tenaglia did BeBs way back). Anyone notice that the Black and Blue trance djs are also headlining various nights at Circus? Certainly there's ways of bringing in big names and making it work for both sides financially.
Black and Blue is the best bang for your buck, imo. I'll keep skipping that record until everyone figures that out someday :p

| Does Armin and Markus play in the same timeslot? How is that going to work out? You said 3hrs+ for their set adn 2hrs+ for Ferry, is it because you will allow DJs to play as long as they feel or you haven't figured out exact time of sets yet? |

DT played in some of the first BEB.

bingo. a lot of during that period is purely done for the exposure, except for the huge names of course. |

so to sum up the thread, the ones bitching will end up going ...and kick themselves later on for doing so :p
the ones defending are promoting it and are not paying the $150
and the remaining posts are probably just the trancevestites waiting for the tranceroom timeslots to come out |
