What a shame.

Yeah, that is a PITA. But, Arturia is supposedly releasing a software package with it, so there might be an integrated librarian for storing/managing/loading patches??? Also, I would assume that you could dump/load patches, automate parameters, etc through sysex.

For me it's kinda what the tetra/mopho should have been. I always considered buying one but the lack of tweakability on the UI put me off.

On the list for sure.

the tetra just sounds weird tho. Like it is just a weird sounding synth. I can't really explain it more than that. It sounds broken sometimes. lol

They give you sheets of paper you put on top of the synth. And you mark down the locations of the knobs and faders using a marker. Now that is real analog.

there are so few parameters , you don't relaly need a patch recall unless you are doing live. But ya , pass on the CV , put a patch save function.

That might not be such a bad thing tbh. I own or have owned virtually every VA there is so something a bit leftfield could spice things up a bit.

I still want more knobs though. A P08 is probably a better bet for me.

Uh ya, I'm getting one. Just watched the other video on the arturia site and I'm sold. Killer low-end.

Actually, in the old days of engineering, taking a photo of the desk each night was the job of the assistant engineer. Some serious studios even had a camera mounted on the ceiling pointing down at the desk so they could take a snap between setups to recall later on.

Webcam for Minibrute preset recall?

Listened to some of the samples on the arturia website, didnt appeal to me, maybe someone will do better sounds when it actually comes out
Im in the market for something compact like this but might wait for the Pulse 2 or might even go for a Blofeld...
