Reaching out to my friends on FB and professional music industry people with an insider opportunity to snatch up my loft rental in LIC, something that I have invested a large amount of money in during the past 10 years. A once upon a time raw 6,500 sq ft windowless room that I slowly divided it into 9 rooms WITH an incredible rooftop facing the Manhattan skyline! There are now "seven" 7ft by 7ft windows with brand new, luxurious window treatments including both blinds and thick white fabric curtains for sound enhancement. I also added 8 skylights with shades. I recently built a stage for small shows or presentations. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building with no elevator. My loft has always been first and foremost a workplace and headquarters for DTour inc. It was never designed to BE a nightclub and is NOT zoned as one either. It is a warehouse and factory.
… The sound system that is located in the main room, re-designed by Gary Stewart, a light show, and a 4 hanging speaker JBL system with 2 Subs may be offered as a part of the deal or separately.. I acquired the sound system in the main room prior to ARC taking over with a new Steve Dash Phazon system. It is the Original 6 Hubert Street / Club Shelter analog system that was also used by Body & Soul, NASA and Vinyl. It was originally designed by Dave Soto and then around 2009 I had had Gary Stewart re-do it with all new Crown amps, drivers, and all new wiring. 700 pounds of cable to BE exact! It is now a sweet mix of analog with a digital make over.
Whoever takes over renting this place after me will BE a very lucky person. I have no regrets parting with this Loft as it has been my sanctuary for a very long time. I can write a book on this place and what it has meant to me and how grateful to God I am for having been able to call it my home, studio, and workplace. It is a DJ heaven and the best escape from reality for someone who was simply trying to enjoy music 24/7. The space is in a commercial district and is surrounded by various factories...Not even a single noise complaint in 10 years!!

| i've always wondered why he needed such a huge place for a studio or just a place to live.. it would only be feasible if he started doing some parties in that space but that never really happened. |

He has had parties there, but very strict invite only. |

| DT does not live in the loft. It has served has his office space and the headquarters for the DTour. He is not using it as much anymore and thus is offering it for someone else to rent (he doesn't own the space, but has invested a fortune in upgrading it). |

yea i been to one a few weeks ago and got the invite threw a friend
no promotion was given.
his loft is def something amazing, it is in the middle of all industrial buildings so no one complains about the noise, the inside is very clean,the sound system in there rocks, sooooooo crisp and smooth
very sad to see him trying to get rid of it, i guess he is getting old,dont travel as much and isent putting out hits like guetta or tiesto. Def sucks i hope it works out for him or atleast let him throw a crazy farewell party |
