| I saw him at the compound (RIP) a while back. He was super solid playing pretty straight up techno IIRC. Sucks that it's the same night as Martin Buttrich, but I guess it's cool to have so much choice. |

I'm surprised SF didn't book these 3 on the same night, on a Wednesday or something.
I remember in LA it was always a big political thing when two clubs would book big name acts on the same night (it would usually be avalon=friday, vanguard=friday or saturday, circus=saturday - something like that). Here in SF it is a race to see who can book the best acts in the middle of the week, on the same day :D |

Well we're seeing evidence of the growth of a scene right here. Used to be you'd have to end up in someones cramped apartment to get some techno on a friday night, now you can take your pick of three nightclubs.
Honestly I kind of miss the UG's. |
