Anyone been to A Club Called Rhonda? Looks like a hipster club. lol

Aeroplane is there next week and I've been wanting to see them for a while. I have a feeling that if I go, I'm going to feel REALLY weird!

been to rhonda... its def east side hipster and gay...but i think its more just uber hipster now. to blend in, make sure you wear skinny jeans and an ugly outfit that comes straight outta 1987 and you will blend in. oh yeah, dont forget to grow a mustache.

they do like to dance, so it makes for a good time.

It is a very fashion forward club, they are extremely discriminating at the door, and have never played a trance track in their entire existence.

I've been several times, it's a lot of fun. I actually went the last time Aeroplane played, it was the two of them (before the breakup) and Harvey.

"Hipster club" doesn't quite describe it, there's definitely a hipster element but it's largely a gay party (not strictly a gay party....just largely).

That said, they are absolutely killing it in terms of bookings. I mean, ing Optimo AND MORGAN GEIST on one night? Shiiiiiiiiet.

edit // they're not that strict at the door, I've never had issues getting in. But gays love me, so that might be why :p
