Hey,
depends on what you mean by "far". You can reach it with public transport.
Hotel "Die Fabrik" is like 500 meters away from the Arena

I'm insanely jealous of all of you that will be attending this event, especially because you not only get PVD but also John O'Callaghan spinning on the same night. I saw JOC back in Dec in Montreal and he was INCREDIBLE.
I was lucky enough to check out Paul Van Dyk live in Ottawa on April 13th, 2012 and wrote about my experience, figured you guys might be interested in reading about it:

I saw JOC 3 weeks ago and the best part was Paul`s Sunday and I don`t deserve you.:happy2:
Will miss this one, but vielleicht Paul makes something in summer in Berlin...:toothless
