lol.

For the records it's my fault, he had the name before I did and I completely admit that. I might have subconsciously seen it before but I didn't consciously realize it when I chose this name.

Cheers trancelover

It's boring because - while you have managed to do a good job of creating an atmosphere, some good synthesis and good mixing - you have failed at doing the most important thing - creating the point of the track. You need to have something happen. Your track has the sense of going somewhere, but it feels like it never gets there. Your whole track basically just sounds like the intro to something that could be a song. So, I'd recommend trying to find a melody that you can really use as the lead and as the point of the track.

Honestly, it's not a big deal at all that you're not doing this. It's just a part of learning how to make music.

But be aware this focal point issue may force you to completely restructure your track and that can drive you crazy, so don't give up and let us know what did you come up with !!!

Definitely true! Don't be afraid to erase everything and start over from your best idea. I have done this many times.

I'm just saying don't worry that if, when you go to write a track, that you end up getting something that doesn't quite makes sense.
