This, after some weeks of vacation i am resuming my residence, i went to see my boss and he showed me that they've changed from djm 2000 to this lol, i don't like the fact that has no faders , i remember crossfader was on the right and the meters on the upper right corner i think the photo is this, can't find the exact model and i'd like to know before hand all the mixer anyone has used this previously?¿
Alternatively i could tell him to connect the djm 2000 again but apparently it's a decision from the dj that usually plays before me and i don't want to be a douche.
Thank you in advance. |

| no this was bigger, maybe it's a blend of 2 mixers because the bottom one looks like this certainly but there's something above it you see, there was something on it that reminded me to the Moog. |

It is that one. It's the RANE MP 2016 w/the Expander Kit. I've played on one before, awesome mixer.

Rane sells you the EQ separate. |

| yeah this is thank you very much guys, i don't see how this can be any better than Djm 2000 even though i don't like it. |

| It doesn't have any bells and whistles. Pretty straight forward mixer, but the sound quality and build are awesome. It's a favorite and very popular mixer among DJ's who use rotary mixers. |

| yes i guess that it's the kind of stuff that a vinyl dj would love, no fancy things just what a mixer should be. |

I think it's for DJ's/venues who have a predominantly modular set-up and are running extra CD Players and/or Turntables along with running external processing. I've not had a very good impression of mixers and platforms that try to be all things to all people, anyway. I'd prefer to add my own bells & whistles rather than having it poorly integrated to an all-in-one. |

might have sense because it has x4 cdj 2000, i've seen that the djm 2000 was also running but neglected in one side of the booth , i don't really know how they have the things set up, about the effects it's not really an issue because there's also a pioneer efx-1000 that possibly is better than the effects of the djm 2000 and surely better than the 1000-500 ones.
Most techno djs are using a lot of midi controllers and effect decks so i think they're just trying to adapt the venue to the current trend. |

First time I've done this since being made a mod.
There's no need what so ever for a childish response like the one you wrote.
Stay on topic. |
