| Hello to everyone. I am having a party and a friend is lending me his mixer, which is a pioneer DJM 800. I already have two speakers from my HiFi (LG FB166), that connect to it with some bare cables (i don't know how else to describe them) -one black and one red. Can anyone give me an advice on how to connect the speakers to the mixer? Thank you! |

If it's bare wire, you'll need a stereo receiver or amp of some kind.

That, or just rent powered speakers - you can run them directly from the mixer. |

If I understand you correctly. You just need to hook up the djm800 to an input on the back of your stereo.
Are you using the LG FB166 to power the speakers you have? If you are, then you just have to send the signal from the mixer to your hifi.
If you only have speakers then you'll have to find an amp to power those speakers like PivotTechno suggested. |
