I'm gonna get a new mobile phone but I need to know a couple of things first. It's probably stupid and obvious but I don't know a lot about mobiles. Pls help if you can..

1) Can all handsets be changed to pay as you go if they are contract by changing the SIM card? I've briefly looked at the O2 website and all the handsets I've seen say that they're not availiable on PAYG
2) Are there any good websites for buying mobiles? I can't find a website that sells a good range:( |
