If the production is even half as good as it was last week at Markus, I don't think you'll ever be able to pull me off the dance floor!

Just a few more hours!

Even though I hated missing him last night, I didn't really since this is what he has been playing for like the last year. So many trance DJs playing like crap these days.

You know I am still your favorite!

Sounds like his set at Avalon was just like Marquee, Not the Ferry Corsten I grew up on.

I have decided I only want to go to 5+ hour dj set from now on.

Probably. The surge of interest in EDM has led to the DJ's not really BEING themselves most of the time on these shorter sets. Also, the energy and "Vibe" is just not the same. I know I was spoiled with Spundae back in the old days with the best "Vibe", but I had that "Vibe" also in Vegas at ICE and Empire.

So, when the DJ's play these longer sets, the crowd that doesn't know who the dj is usually dissipates after a couple of hours and you are left with people who are there to see the actually DJ, not to be cool. Then a possibility of a real vibe exists.

Thats my 2 cents on the matter.

so apparently ferry closed his set with ligaya and i missed it. did anyone get a vid or know if one's been posted yet?

Really loved Kristina's set, the floor was full a little after 11pm when my friends and I got inside!

Couldn't get into the first 2 hours of Ferry's set, time for another drink, but "drink until the music is good" just didn't work!

Everything changed at 3am, was like a different DJ came on stage and took the energy way up! Left at 5, was feeling a little under the weather, but fun night overall! :D
