hmmm same dates as the pacha event, but edc is 18+...any ideas?

apparently inside the stadium will be 18+ and outside the stadium will be 14+. they might have DJs rotate inside/outside so everyone can see. not officially though, just what i'm hearing.

i think this is 2 different events. edc nyc website doesn't say anything about the venue. so what i'm thinking is that, pacha is throwing 2 different parties that weekend. one is at met life stadium and the other being edc in nyc.

Isn't Ezoo pretty much ny's version of sw4? It has the sunday school tent which has a good techno and tech house lineup.
I have a feeling EDC NJ is not going to be good. Its gonna be EDC Jersy Shore. Maybe EDC NJ will eventually take all the ty house music and brostep and leave Ezoo with the good stuff.

i have a feeling times are also going to be a downgrade. one of the biggest draws to edc is the fact that it goes on all night. will this finish at midnight like ezoo?

The time is listed on the FB event page as:
Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11:30pm until Monday, May 21, 2012 at 12:00am
Doesn't make sense though. Maybe they meant 11:30am on Sat instead of 11:30pm?

Well, not quite. Compare both lineups. To me, the sw4 lineup has more quality acts than ezoo; big time. Just the drumcode and bedrock arenas themselves are enough to say.

Yeah just looked at last years sw4. Its better than ezoo, but it's expected. Since NY is in the US, we should expect more ty house and brostep unfortunately. :(
